Well it figures that the best Sat. night this summer so far has taken place in September.  The last two Septembers have been the best two months of summer in TO, let's hope the trend continues this year.

This was probably a record turn-out, 65Camino and I estimate between 550-600 cars.  50/50 winner walked away with $910 tonight.  The great thing about this cruise is there are constantly new vehicles showing up every week.  Most impressive car there tonight in my opinion was "Dueces Wild"  Check out those vintage speed shop decals, that place used to located about 1km away from where I live.

Good job boys, love the Van Dutch eye ball dip stick on "Dueces Wild" and Dragging Unlimited right in our hood when were were younger. Hillar, remember Karbelt was just south of Rumble Pontiac too on Bayview, I purchased Hooker Headers for my Monza 2+2 V8 and Citation X11 HO there.

That '59 Flattop is an East York car too, he used to have it serviced at East York Auto by Kieth Bradbury the former shop foreman at Burdon Pontiac Buick Cadillac. The interior is almost identical to that '64 that everyone wants me to buy wink

We've seen that green '57 at Route 66 before too, it's a US model a Star Chief I think with a 347 V8.

Yeah, when did that Karbelt close?  20 years ago?  Are there any Karbelts left in  Toronto?

Well, it was open from 84 to 85 at least when I worked there. The family sold that property and moved everything out east. They have three spots out in Pickering/Oshawa way.
