bad day at the dyno!


this is not someone i know...but a tough lesson, luckily no one was injured!! i used to spin my 350 over 7000rpm all the time with a stock GM flexplate, i think i consider myself lucky!

After seeing that photo I "got around to" putting in all 11 lower bolts in my Lakewood shield tonight. Even though I don't have a flywheel anymore. 24 lbs of pressure plate could still come out on a 5K dump or 6500 powershift.

That hole through the wall looks strange though... it looks like the whole flywheel shot through like a frisbee. I would have expected chunks in several directions.
