69 pontiac seatbelt gurus?????

I picked up a pair of shoulder restraint belts. 69 pontiac 4dr HT.
The 2 belts that hang from the roof and are held along the headliner with little chrome wire clips.

Were these shoulder belts standard eqipment? or a rarer option on 69s?

My 69 Beaumont has them and does not show on my option list from GM.

Just looked at the brochure and is listed on the last page and is listed as standard  under security and safety equipment .

I loved them in my 69' 2+2, I think I'm the only one that ever took them down.
They were like a racing belt, and you needed that in a slippery bucket seat when really booting around. They actually worked... they kept you planted. We had a laugh when we wore them.
