Can't comment on 66 Beaumont SD 6 cyl but back when we got married I had a 65 Chev SS ( white with red interior ) with a 230ci 6 cyl. So 6 cylinder sports models certainly did exist.
Carl, the car was my grandfathers, and i still have the bill of sale. It was a HT to start, then my dad, being in the GM car business, had the vynol roof put on immediately. I haven't had that car since the 80's. I was going to drop a 283ci in it, but the frame wasn't good and we let it go. I think it's met the crusher as we tried but cannot locate it now. R
1966 beaumont sport deluxe. Original six cylinder car and now has 307. Six cylinder is available and will go with car. Interior very nice condition and body very good. That blue SD looks really nice but I have to say that Rick's Grandfather's car was exceptionally nice looking, that white and red combo in outstanding.
I also have to say that that photo looks an aweful lot like a street my Aunt lived on in the Brimley and Ellesmere area of Scarborough back in the day.
