I'm very happy with my 2004 Z71 Tahoe, BUT, the white monochrome colour scheme led to a problem I hadn't anticipated.
The horrible spray they dump on the 401 in the winter is causing the rear "painted" bumper to rust around the license plate lights and the snap-in bumper pads.
So, I'd like to replace the bumper, and before painting it white, I'll spray it with POR15 to ensure rust is a non-issue in the future.
Part numbers needed........ 2004 Z71 Tahoe VIN: 1GNEK13T14R22xxxx 1. Part: Rear paintable bumper (no pads or other attachments required)
2. Part: Rear paintable liftgate handle (exterior) I gouged it through stupidity.
I got it. I'm sorry but work got away on me this afternoon and not all my projects got done. I will try to do it early tomorrow morning before the rush hits.
