Hey,

       Here is a pic of my cowl and door tag. I think I understand them, but would be glad to hear any info I can get. Just found her last week, and havent ordered docs yet, but soon will.

Just by memory 2-2-21 is second shift, second month (Feb) 21st day

Notice how far apart the body numbers are on 3 cars made the same day?

How does that work? No sequence or pattern there?

On a 65 Canso it's very much in sequence...

Maybe they sequntially different because all three are different models? (P4dr, GP2dr, and P2dr?)

The antique pewter finish is quite nice. This is a 67 of the same original color.

Can't blame the guys for not sharing VINs, that's for sure.

Interesting that the 65Acadian numbers and the VIN's are almost a perfect sequence. There must have been something different then.

After I had noticed this, I spoke to a guy who had purchased a 65. He gave me the cowl tag info and I guessed his VIN. I was only one or two numbers off from it.
