smile Want to buy 1965 custom sport big block 4 speed car must be numbers matching or 1967 big block 4 speed number matching would like a running driving car to completely restored.

Ok. Years ago I road tested a 65 Custom Sport 327 4 speed hardtop but never made a deal on it. I have never seen that car again.

He said two of his friends had bought 409 65 Pontiacs brand new!

My friend Randy puchased this car in calgary in 1993. He has driven it very little and it has been in storage since 1998.

Hi Joe,
I don't know about the 65 custom sports but there are a few 1967 big block 4 speeds around.
If you are set on numbers matching, I only know of one in BC. It's an original owner hardtop. Other than that Elroy has a 67 2+2 427 4 speed and I have a 67 396 4 speed.
Good luck in your hunt.

          I had a fellow (actually 2) from Pontiac Classics who wanted to buy my car.. The last e-mail (last week) was, He wanted a matching number carwink  That is, he wanted a big block 2 door POST car "matching numbers"   I believe they MIGHT find a Hard Top    like the 409 car, but they are scarce...disbelief   A matching number 2 door post big block  NEVER....no
