I hate it when it says Toronto Kijiji and it turns out to be an hour and a half away. We love going to scope out cars.

It certainly looks good in the picture, doesn't it? Anybody in the Kitchener area know this car?

I'm curious to see what happens with this one. Would love to see someone on this size pick it up, and add some corvette ralley's with red-lines...

Has anyone been able to get any info on this one? I phoned this morning, but no one home, left message, and asked them to e-mail more pics, and info. To far away from  Van Island to go and see.

I phoned and left a message and also emailed 1st day it was lowered to $10,500 (was $15,500 Sept 08, yes 08) and never got a response to either. I asked what it was like underneath in my email, maybe thats why I never got a response.

Uh-oh.  Does this mean that the car is not so good?...

No I haven't rushed over-too many here now.

I spoke with the owner a year and a half ago-the car was $18,900 he said its been stored in a barn, is solid with usual rust but minimal and needed restored-he sounded like a car guy owning several others-the honest description probably hampers the sale-he later lowered it to $16,900 and then $15,900 now $10,500-it should be worth all of that-ya can't have mine for that and it don't look as pretty right now. My SD hardtop I posted i that price range with no apparent interest so I'd say the market/time of year/economy or ??

What is usual rust down there? is the frame solid? floors/body mounts? b-pillars and windshield pillars rotten?

Its such a tease to see these cars from other provinces, i dont think i'm going to s. ontario anytime soon, it would be nice to see it in person... i assumed it would be gone at that price in the first day, if it looked as nice as the one picture...

I would think that BJ 66 for $25000 would put things in perspective, and thats considering that being at BJ adds a premium to the selling price! ... a $10k project would get that deep pretty quick even doing almost all the work yourself, finishing cars is a money losing proposition... flipping projects can make someone a few bucks if you buy right...

ak

p.s. that kid lickin the pig is hilarious!!

Hello :

I am interested in your Beaumont. Do you still have it and if so could you send me some pictures and more information on the car. I would also be interested in possibly going to look at the car.

Thank You

FYI, I don't believe it was for sale on this site, just that someone on this site came across it.  You may want to try the above contact info?  Let us know how you make out!
