1969 Beaumont Parts Car

Hey Guys , I had my parts car delivered right to my house on Vancouver Island last thurs, today was the first time I got a chance to take a few pictures. I paid $2000 for the complete car and Ivan the owner of Perrys Project cars just happened to be picking another car up in Courtney and was driving right past my house so he delivered it for me. If any of you guys out there are looking for a parts car he has 2 more for sale for $2000 each, they are both 1969 2 D/R  H/T and are complete ecept for motor and transmissions. You can look at them online at his website
perrysprojectcars.com  they are on page #1 and #3 . Ivan is located in Gibbons Alberta about 30 mins north of Edmonton.I have enclosed a few pictures of my parts car. The wife thought I was totally nuts to actually pay money for the car but its a gold mine of parts for me, it has power steering that I wanted, it has a better dash with a tach rather than a clock, it has bucket seats, all the glass is tinted and the bumpers are better than the ones I have. I will part it out after I finish my car in a couple of years.

Can you post it's particulars to the registry? ( Unless it's already there)

I was gonna say, be careful. Many, many guys have bought parts cars. Then they get the car home, start looking it over and going, hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, this car doesn't look so bad after all!!!!!!!

I just purchased a 69 conv beaumont and I am looking for the trim that is on the passenger side front fender. The one that is next to the grill. I believe it might be called the eye brow trim. If you have one that is in good shape I would be interested. I will try and post some pics of my conv. Its a v8 car and has all the original papers.

That chrome and rubber strip down the side is only on the Custom cars. So if its an original Custom and you want it original then yes. The model number on your cowl tag would tell what model your car is. If you find that we can let you know. May be Mylo has a couple of Custom emblems of his parts car.

They would look just like this.

I will add the conv to the registry soon. Story is, this one was purchased in Ontario then went down south to New Jersey for a couple years then it was sold to the next door neighbor. Them it went over to san Fransisco CA. Same owner moved up to norther Ca with the car. He has owned this car since 1972. He was planning on moving again and decided to listed her on Craigs list. That is where I purchased her. I live in souther Oregon. Car is very solid. Has had a repaint sometime ago. So That is why the Custom emblems are not on the car. Trunk, and all the floors are all in perfect shape. Still has the original top and it works great. All interior is original and in pretty nice shape. Car drives smooth and tight. Did have the 307 motor but that is long gone now. Has a 350 at this time. So I am looking for the Custom emblems that would be on the front fenders and the rt front headlight trim. (eyebrow) Any help would be great. Looking for nice pieces to go along with the nice trim that is already on the car. Thanks for the coments guys. You all have some Awsome cars. Pete (541) 281-5515

  Welcome Pete

You can post an ad in the CP parts wanted section. I want to reply to your request but don't want to highjack this thread.

 Thanks, Brad

I could use one too for my moms 69. You can take the driver's seat and I would ride shotgun on this request. I'm sure there is two out there somewhere.
