A friend of mine here in Calgary has been looking for a a really good 67 el camino to do the Beaumont SD conversion to. Hes super anal, so I know he will do a real good job, and hes dying to get the side trim gills on the car.

I think this was going to be the 1970 Beaumont. Got canned and we ended up with it here in Australia as a HQ Holden. The design was finished here and altered to RHD and to accept local engines but the bones were completed in North America. Photos are respectively sedan, wagon, coupe and utility. 114 inch wheelbase on sedan, wagon and utility. 111 inch on coupe. GMH used the sedan as a luxury vehicle called Statesman and developed an 111 inch sedan out of the coupe.
