 That bugs me too but I find it is mostly women... I usually, in a higher volumn, state "your welcome!!!". Then they "look" at me.....

 

LOL, just yanking your chain Pascal. I have pretty big shoulders. I am long used to hearing dealership bashing.

And yes, I'm a parts guy. I just happen to work at a dealership that is small enough that I see what goes on in sales. Our guys are here for the long run, not to make a quick buck today at any cost.

I agree with most of the comments above and I too work in the service industry. I have to deal with customers every day.
 Here are a couple of my favorite phrases.

"Common sense is so rare that it is often mistaken for genius"

"You can't fix stupid"

In particular, I hate people like Princess Auto that put out a sales flyer that has a great item, but by the time you get to the store they are all gone BECAUSE the only sent in 40 of them and could have sold a couple of hundered... the worst is when they put on the big air compressor units but only send 6 to our store...yeah they last a long time
