looks like a good deal?  not many L78s in canada,i wouldnt think
i think i heard 201 L78 13637 Chevelles shipped up here in 69

I think it's a pretty good deal if it's as advertised. I haven't seen any photos other than the one shot on the ad.
I've got a 375horse motor in my Chevelle already, but it's a JH, correct for a 69 Nova or Camaro. A friend of mine will buy my motor for his 69 Camaro if I get this one, so my out of pocket shouldn't be too much.

I have seen a few of the lower horse 3 speed cars but yes, L78 3 speed sure is a strange one.

That car was bought at Mo Carter's Chevrolet as in Canadian Racing Hall of Famer. Famous #88 Camaros.

The motor in my Bel Air is supposed to be out of a 69 SS Chevelle, I think the # comes up as a "warrenty" replacement

I have one of these as a warranty block dated oct 69 4 bolt main $3500 for long block. I also have a complete 4 bolt one dated sept. 69 with vin of car still on it. This motor has none correct dated 66 heads $2500
