Haha, you're not exaggerating either.  I used to live in surrey near the guildford mall, which I believe at one point was the car theft capitol of north america.  My wife's car was stolen from there, my car got broken into twice, and there was a shoot out in my underground parking.  White Rock is a little slice of heaven compared to that.  Until my biscayne got stolen the only real threat around here was all the elderly drivers! 
Welcome, and thats two reasons why Im living 3 hours north of both of you!!  Awesome looking Poncho you have there!! :>)

I seldom read sections, just recent posts down to where I last left off.
