I dunno ... 20 years ago I was all hot to buy a 56 (or maybe 55, does not matter they were all the same) Caddy and it drove like a big fat boat, steering was slow and vague, ride was mushy and scary on turns. I am sorry but those 50's Caddys were designed for a different breed ... look luxuious but to drive them ... ???

the only thing i would do is lower it a bit and suede black paint and pinstipes (of course thats what i would do with any car!) It would fit in my garage but unless he would want an even trade for the 59 im out of luck.

Who's selling it? Is it a company/Dealer or some sort? We have a bunch of ads with the same exact heading here in Calgary, but with a local phone #????

If you want Cadillac parts give Jerry Drescher a call at 253 381 4451. He might be able to help you. He has about a hundred Caddys. He is located near Tacoma, WA. He sells on ebay so he probably knows shipping processes.biggrinbiggrinbiggrin
