I feel sorta the same, about the guy who collects all that, and never does anything with it They said it was worth a million dollars Its not worth a cent, cause its not for sale lol
It just shows how much is still out there hiding in barns. If they all came up for sale in the same time frame the bottom would fall out of the "collector car market" But we all know about the hoarders. They would sooner die with all that stuff than sell it. It's got to be a mental condition that makes them feel superior because they have it and you want it. They can't sell it because then they will lose the power of holding it out to tease and torment you. I've met quite a few of them over the years of being a car crazy person, and I enjoy looking at the cars and parts but I've learned never to bother asking if any of it's for sale as the gleam in their eye is the same as a fisherman who has just hooked another fish.......
Amazing stuff! I once came across a unique rhd 1969 Barracuda coupe once...checking the VIN showed it to be car # 25 built at Hamtranck Plant. This turned out to be a pilot build of the last Chrysler rhd N American factory cars. It was shipped to England to the main Chrysler subsidary dealers and then sold.
