I bought a new reproduction for mine-I can check to see how bad the old one is-what quality does he want ? I knew I shoulda swapped out the one on the hardtop before it went !
His plan is to bring it up to a very nice level, therefore the standard answer of "the nicer the better" would apply. I didn't know there were repro's on those. The style is exclusive to the Beaumont, is it not?...

Attached are a couple of pictures of what I think are the 66 chevelle hood spear as well as that of a Beaumont (3rd picture). While there's little doubt that they'd fit, I think they may be a little different?...

From what I have heard the chevelle ones are not as high and possibly a little shorter. Dont ake this as the truth This is just what I have been informed. I'll look again on wed evening.
