OK guys here is the story and some pics of my brother's (mb poncho's) 1967 428 American GP. He's been a member here longer than me. He always say it not a Canadian poncho so he won't post it. So I guess I will just have to do it for him. This car is as it left the factory 42 years ago never painted totally unmolested
It has 67,000 original miles , 360 hp 428 10.5 comp . Air, tilt, buckets, 8 track , eight lug wheels, pwr trunk and power windows

Vern, How can you call this ugly ? This is a beautiful car, she looks like a 1967 Grande Parisienne, was this car for sale in Winnipeg over 3 years ago ? I almost bought one of these a while ago but it didn't have the 428 the owner claimed, here is a picture of it.

That's a sweet car but what do they mean, non titled state? If you don't have title, how can you prove you own it or you are buying it from someone who actually has the right to sell it? Would present a real problem if you were trying to bring the car back across the border.

Hi Guys , great to recieve the praise about the car . Unlike Vern I have been busy working on a garage and haven't found the time to check out the site latley.
With regards to the lower turn signal lights the combination is unique to US made cars that were produced for sale in Pennsylvania. in 67 PA laws required that vehicles had separate turn and park lights . The lower lights are the same unit that the regular 67 Pontiacs used. The 67 Grande Parisienne used the single upper light unit .
Another variation saw the side marker lights on the front fender between the wheel opening and the bumper. When I bought the US GP i still owned the 67 Grande parisienne. I was able to take numerous photos of the two cars, these show several of the major sheet metal/ trim differances . Perhaps I could get Vern 57 poncho to post them if there is interest . Catch ya later
