I bought a new trunk pan and driver side quarter for my car, rear valance, I picked up front wheel well chrome trims and regular Lemans front header panel with grill inserts, I still have to get the front floor pans, rear wheelwell and rocker chrome trims, rear tail light housings... My bucket seats and rear seats have been reupholstered, got a new black carpet, black GTO formula rally steering wheel, all new weatherstripping kit (still have to install it after the paint job). I got a set of 15 X 7 rally II wheels painted ( from my 1975 Pontiac Grandprix parts car). The previous owner had a set of phony centerline from Canadian Tire on the car, all rusted out ! Now they are in the garbage LOL ! I bought a brand new Eaton posi unit on Ebay, used rear swaybar and boxed lower control arms (Winnipeg may swapmeet) for my 12 bolt, I will reuse the 3.31 gears. My Qjet carburator and dual snorkels air cleaner are rebuilt as well. The 400 engine might be replaced by my Pontiac 428 4 bolt main Service Replacement block or the 455 off my GP ??? still debating which engine I will get rebuilt .... the original motor will be stored of course, if I decide not to use it. My Lemans was built late 1971 in Oshawa Ontario, it is one of 33 sold in Canada with these option same as GTO. All #s match Anaconda gold 1972 Pontiac Luxury Lemans Sport 400/ turbo 400, 12 bolt rearend, dual exhaust, white bucket seats console and door panels, black dash and carpet rally gauges ... She spent her life in Winnipeg.

Sounds like its coming along realy good. Did you get the one peice trunk or the three peice one. If you do not mind me asking were did you buy the pannels.
I bought the chrome lid for the snorkel off them too. Looks good. Got the OEM sound deadner sitting at my mailbox, can't wait to check it out. You might want to look into that or speed shops sell that foil looking stuff by the roll.
I'll get on it, mostly parts gathering, the seats are sitting in my bedroom closet LOL ! I got to scrape the floors to remove the black grime the previous owner painted on, cut the front pans and old flat sheetmetal welded in the trunk...YUK !!! I still got to remove my front end, bumper and engine, the rear bumper and fuel tank are removed so far, I have to take the rearend out as well to internally inspect it and install my new posi then get the gears set properly, I don't want to screw this up. I have to do what Joel is doing ...
