Hi, my name is Brendan and have been lurking on here for quite awhile ( about a year or more ). I have had several Canadian Pontiacs over the years and some interesting stories about them, but at the present time don't have one, unless a G5 counts. My first was a 61 Parisienne bubbletop when I was a kid. I think I might know some people on here as I have been playing around with cars for a long time. I live in Newfoundland and for a number of years have been driving truck in Western Canada, but right now am working close to home.
Thanks for the welcome guys. John, you may remember me from the Nfld. car club. I had a 56 Belair sedan (black and white ) and a 66 Caprice 396 (maroon ). Someday I'll have to write down a list of the Canadian Pontiacs I have owned over the years, hopefully there will be at least one more. Thanks again, Brendan.
I was out doing an appraisal on a car the other day in St. Catharines (Merriton) area-there was a 61 bubble top pontiac in the driveway across the street-as I walked up with my camara in hand-I was greeted with "don't take a picture of that car ! " I'll have to pass it by chance one day

Yes Brendan, I know you. I remember both cars. Did we talk this past summer? I didn't know you were out west. Glad you joined in.
Yes John, we chatted at the A&W for a few minutes this past summer. I've been working out west for the past thirteen years, driving trucks but since July have been at the Long Harbour Project. I have your phone # in my notebook and maybe after Xmas I will drop by your place for a visit.
