68 Grande Parisienne 4dr ht. 13k original miles, original owner?

Interesting, low miles, but judging by the underhood shot the car must have been kept in a damp place. Or is that just grime?ONTIAC-GRAND-PARISIENNE-W0QQAdIdZ173686835">

That's a very original looking car. I think it's a bargain if someone wants an untouched unpainted car. If I had mo' money and mo' room.......... Someone please buy my GTA or my Porsche?

Maybe not the most desireable car there is BUT....... No miles, needing minimal repair and a couple of rattle cans!!!!!! Could get twenty more years out of it.

The owner says the worst rust is the area around the back window which he shows.

Master cylinder, PB booster and w/w motor look brand new.  Has this car been licensed and on the road recently?

I would be willing to guess it likely will need an entire rear window channel.

Still appears to be a deal though.

That 68 Gp front end to me always looked like a show concept that actually made it through to production by pulling a fast one on the bean counters.

I see some insulation hanging from the hood at the cowl, a rodent warning signal?
The window channel only reminds me of what I have to do with my 67' in the spring, although mine is just showing signs just in the corners, it does leak. Standard auto glass will remove and reseal it for $200. I've looked into it. But I still dread what I might find when I get in there. Oh well, it's gotta be done.

If I had some cash and the room, I'd grab it just to have another Gp 4dr ht in the series.

Could somone close (Mark?) go out and see it and report back with the story and details? I already did my good deed with the 65 Custom Sport today lol!

I had a chance to buy one of these locally within the last two months, just like this except no vinyl top. More of a parts car, and I would have liked to get it, but I don't have room for any more parts cars, having parted out  5 cars in the past 5 years.

Is anyone going to check this one out? I'd like to see the interior. It looks like a good deal!
