Funny you mention that.  My '03 had about 70,000km on it when I lost a tie rod backing up in a parking lot 5 minutes after coming off of the highway!  Could've been a lot worse...

Gee. Too bad GM had to hold a spectacle like that in CHINA! Maybe Caddy sales would increase if they did a traveling show like that in North America!

Pretty fancy....I remember watchin the Trans-Canada Hell Drivers show when I was a kid. Always wanted to try some of that stuff....Maybe with someone elses car though...

Like Ken my dad would always take me to see the Hell drivers at Exhibition Stadium inToronto, lots of the same manouvers back in the 60's and 70's

Ah yes, the Hell Drivers. My dad and I would go to see them all the time. Weren't they using AMC's for quite a while?

I think they used the 72-74 Javalins and possibly the hornets , i also saw them as a kid in the seventies in Toronto.

I saw them using Cuda's and Road Runners and other Plymouths in say 69/70. They would change cars from year to year. They always ran with no exhausts biggrin

I remember Chevy's, even a few Corvairs I think in the mid 60's. Every year at the end of summer for the fall fair season along with a demolition derby on the same day.
