It is a decent appearing car; however, it had some worrisome rust in the chassis and required some floor panel repairs. Floor repairs may be OK in a much lower priced car but I did not want to get into frame and floor repairs for what this car would have cost me.
And yes, I would definitely consider a 67 convt. I looked at 3 last year, a 327 SS, a 396 non-SS, and a 396 SS. The last one - a white on red bench seat car with non-matching number engine - I wished I could have bought, but it was overpriced for what it needed ... sort of like this 68 SS427 I looked at.
