I think I may know of him.

When I had mine I spoke with a guy in Michigan a number of times and he had a low mile original. I just forget what colour it was.

At one point that car would have brought a bit over the 6 figure mark.

Definately a nice car. Never thought i'd see one of these of that era listed at that kind of money. I know mine won't warrant those kind of dollar values, even if it was a low mileage original!

Would somebody pay that or is this guy nuts. I wouldn't pay more than 10000.00 for a 74 to 81 Firebird T/A myself. It's a auto too. This price shocks me. I think he has Barrett Jacksonidous.

I agree, i can't see someone in their right mind actually paying that!

I shouldn't say this car would have been over $100,000. A 4 speed would have hit that. I don't think an automatic ever hit 100 yet.

Your the TA guy and your saying that so I must not be off the mark. I'ts a nice car but the price is nuts. I would sooner buy a # match 69 RS Z-28 Camaro for that kind of money.

Nice car, and I love the 74 TA & Formula cars. But for $100K there are a lot of cars I'd buy before one of these. It just depends on your preferences ... and of course, your ability to pay.

Formula SD.jpg

I am not an F body expert by ant stretch, ever only owned two, but that car looks wrong to me.

If it is a Formula why does it have the shaker hood? Did SD cars all have the shaker? Also body colour Rally II wheels first appeared in 1976 I believe. It is a nice car for sure just a couple of questions.

Looks good to me. The sd formys are the rarest of the super dutys. (unless we go back to the swiss cheese cars.)

Carl, there's an original owner '74  SD in Brandon, Buccaneer Red, auto. Have you ever seen this car? Owner's name is Les.

She told me she wanted a horse, I told her I would get a Pontiac with 400 Horses, she didn't like that,  I've been divorced over 10 years now...
