7 potato perogies,
6 with kapusta,
5 ho-lub-chi!!,
4 ladles of borscht,
3 spoons of kutia,
2 rings of kuby
and a kolach in a tree!!

Perogies for everyone! Yup, kapusta perogies are my favourite, but I do not discriminate, I eat them all... literally!!

I just boiled some kapusta perogies for supper that I brought back with me in my suitcase when I was in Vancouver a few weeks ago....

For those out on the west coast and are willing to venture to Langley for the best Uke food west of edmonton... tell Judy I sent you!

Merry Christmas Andrew, one of my fond memories of working in Sasketchewan was meeting a lovely older Ukranian woman who cooked at a little motel. I now love perogies and borscht.

Hunky Bills Rocks! Hey did you hear Edmonton is in the Yukon? Yep it's true. There's a Uke on every corner! Nyuk,Nyuk! Happy new year fron a slovak! Long live Kapusta! My favorite is chicken papricask with halushkies! But the best, hands down, is Kapusnitzu!! Yum.
