My son and I just got home from seeing "Avatar". I really enjoyed it! The 3d effects were awesome. Highly recommended.

I've heard that from a few guys now that it is worth seeing. My prolem is that I can't keep awake for two hours when I watch a movie. Not money well spent in my case. Guess I'll see it on DVD later.

Try to catch it in 3d. I don't think it would be as good in 2d. It was like watching a hologram!

Everyone is talking about this movie! I have no idea about it, haven't heard of it, or even seen the trailer. And everyone is talking about it.

Well it cleaned up at the Golden Globes. My son said it was Epic, he's seen it twice.

Man that James Cameron is one weird dude! confuse

Like I said earlier you really need to see it in 3d. Seeing it in that format made it really worth the 23 bucks it cost for both of us to get in. I thought it would suck when I saw the commercials for it and really wasn't looking forward to sitting in the theater watching it for almost 3 hours. Now I'm glad I went and would see it again.

I agree. Dont wait for rental even if you have a Hi Def TV like I do...its worthpaying the extra to see it on a large screen. Rumar has it another 2 Avatars are in the making. And personally I am not a sci fi movie lover by any means. And this movie was awesome
