RE: FLOOR PANS !!!!!

well   a bit  latter  guys  here are the  pictures  ( sorry  i work  quite  a lot  in the summer time )

Carl  Stevenson  , you where right   about  the center of the floor ( the orig tunnel  came off   )  to leave place   for the new tunnel  that comes with   the full half  pans

here are the pics  ( sealer has to be put on  and drill the holes and  weld the nuts for the seat belts under the floor  also  replace a couple  of  mounts   and the paint the  floor )

tell me what you think  of my custom  made kick  pannels  biggrinbiggrin   could  not  find  those any where !!!

NOTE.........it might not show  but the  3 floor  braces  have also  been changed ( a bit more difficult to weld  when you dont lift off  the body  from the  frameconfuseconfuse)

I'm in the middle of restoring my 1968 Beaumont .All new floors quarters inner wheel housing and alot more . I found All Metal Direct out of the states excellent to deal with parts fit GREAT.

I found that the replacement metal from Keystone was better than what Cross Canada had. Thicker and slightly closer to original. Found a local supplier for my '91 Sonoma in anjou, but they're all over. Walker auto in Manitoba has their stuff.

well  my  pans  where bought  from  a local  supplier  that carries  cross canada

there was a bit  of a deception  when they  where installed  ( the  grooves in the toe boards  did not  fit as nice as expected )

ans there  was a little gap   where the full half pan  would join  the seat  pan

so i said  to my self...........................only  you guys  know   and  i am  not in the middle   of a bbq   Beaumont....if you know  what i mean  !!!!

body  sealer   does it all in these irritating situations
