good eye ian ` that is a power antenna but not correct. your right on the documantation it shows U73 manual autenna, but it doesn`t say rear confuse

 



In the package from GM they gave me the option list for 69 Beaumonts and it says for option U73  (rear mounted manual antena) so you have it in the correct location for your car.

i guess when you ordered the u73 you got it in the rear.lol

very good fred...it makes sense light with dark, dark with light.with the limelight green it seems like it could go either way hmm

this is a GM Canada documented COPO Chevelle frost green, same as limelight, with a black SS stripe.  I'm assuming the rules are the same.

yep`i emailed dwight slessor about keeping sales records of who bought cars back in the day. they don`t keep files that far back,but he said to bring the car up for a look..so that`s the plan this spring. i`ll have to buy a licence plate dealer frame..

Those 69 SD are so rare.  Are the three all hardtops ? Would be nice to see a post car. Do you have any pics of a post car in you tickle trunk.
