brads doc is a early oct 68 car, it also shows a81 head retraints..fred what are you getting at with the car in the brochure? i don`t think it`s a real car....

you dont think so? i always thought it was a real photo retouched

but if it was real it would be a early build car  as the brochure  came out in September 68

You can never be sure that the brochure cars even existed as shown. Photos were retouched , coloured to suit marketing and photos even used over many years when body styles did not change much, trim and emblems added on the layout table.

I know for example that the 70 and 71 Acadian SS uses the same basic photo as does 73 LeMans cover car, colonade long window then inside it is a louvered Sport Coupe!

That's my sd-396 that burnt I order it Apr. 69 and got it the first part of june.It had black int. with a bench seat it was a L 35 four speed
