It still has the military night running lights on it, and a great towing rig.
It probably has the military HD alternator also. The military did it right!

I twisted many a wrench on these back in the 80's. I don't know how the mileage is so low on it. The low mileage examples would usually be the ambulance version, which used a van type body instead of a box.

My dad had 1975 2500 that I drove when I was younger it got about 9 mpg on a good day and if you drove it hard it was about 5 . I would fill it up to go to WPG 60 miles one way and I would have to fill up for the trip home. Just to be safe.
