I'm one of those folks always looking for a good deal on goods online. Since there are millions of online vendors, I thought it might be a good idea to post the names of companies that you've had a positive experience with. These don't have to be automotive related. I've used Amazon.com for a number of items from books to clothing. I've never had a problem and the shipping is super quick
Need contact lenses or eyeglasses? Check out ClearlyContacts.ca . Their contact lense prices are cheaper than any local store (including Walmart). If you buy about 6 months worth, the shipping is free. I also just bought a pair of eyeglasses. I got high quality frames, with lenses, a case, repair kit and lense cleaner for $89! I knew I was taking a bit of a risk with the glasses but I am really impressed with the quality! They guarantee they are designer frames (likely last years model but who cares!). You can even upload your mug and "try" on your glasses. Their 800 customer service is fantastic.

Exhaust? Waldon Exhaust gave me top notch service when I bought a dual system for my 69 Laurentian. The best thing is they take Paypal. Unload some of your spare parts on Ebay and use the proceeds to buy your pipes! They are based in the U.S however the owner is Canadian and won't get confused when you say words like Laurentian.
My favourite engine parts place. I just have an aversion to places like Jegs and Summit for some reason. I like to think of Northern as the "little guy" and support them.
Plus when I go to Nebraska to visit my friend there I can pick up if I need to. They are about 500 miles straight south of here. And they don't insist on UPS like some vendors. They will mail it right to me, which works excellent.
