Nice car. You have to love any SD rag. Looks like you took good care of her. What are the original motor specs?

When I bought this car it was just a fire wall! The frame was shot, need new quarters, front fenders, floors, trunck, hood and doors. It was just a custom so being this bad I decided to change it to the SD. I will post the before pictures once I get them on a disc.

I have alot of convertibles and I call them leaky condos. Mother nature isn't very nice to them. Good to see another saved.

Very nice to see! I like the BB hood and the SC mouldings. (Are they the stainless reproductions?)
You're inspiring me to do a ground up on my '66 SD rag.

Terry Hardy painted first in our work shop. We got a bit of dirt in the paint and we were not happy so we had erics autobody repaint it for us. All the moulding I picked up over three years, the front bumper is the only new piece. John Owen rebuild the 283 for me and it is close to 300 horse. I had Sharpes n port hope do the dual exhaust for me.

Very nice. I'm liking the butternut yellow and the Cragars! I might have to try a set on my Laurentian.

'66 BEAUMONTS UNITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry, I'm not sure what that means but I am getting eager for the thaw and to get my car out of storage. (It sucks having a single car garage resulting in the Beaumont being out of reach.)

I have love for that style of car, and yours is just fantastic. The hard work does pay off in the end. Nice effort and welcome.

Lookin' good, keep it up! My 66 Chevelle SS396 convertible (bought new, rusted away) was originally yellow with black buckets and white top

Makes me wish I had never driven it all those Wisconsin winters (snow tires on spare rims on the back in photo above) ...
