I have the mechanical , green cover GM manual that covers fullsize, Beaumont , and Acadian. How does this book differ? what is the content?

You havr the repair manual.
This is the parts manual. Lots of exploded views, parts numbers etc. This is the one the dealer used when you went to order parts for your new/slightly used car.
Get it now.
I reference mine quite frequently.
