The car has been advertised on kijiji London as recent as last fall, it actually came from Welland at some point.
I sent this stuff to Europe a few weeks back so the inlaws could look around here-low and behold I get a link back showing me their towns ! I drove up and down the street with Google that I walked in the past !
I know that '71 Chevelle . I remember it back all the way to the early to mid 1990s. It used to be Burnt Orange with Sandalwood all vinyl seats. He used to have larger 5-slot Rally Wheels but changed to the 6-slot style more like the kind offered in '71.

I've seen that car in Pickering. It is badged as a GTO but the GTO was not offered as a convertible in 1972. One had to order a variety options to arrive at what a GTO would be. In that case the car is a Lemans Sport with option RPO T41, Endura Styling which gives the entire GTO front clip (hood, fenders, rubber bumper & GTO grille that says Pontiac). He's also added a Judge rear spoiler.
Boy am I glad my '67 Chevelle hides in the garage. Nobody is scoping it out via satellite
