Hagerty Insurance coming to Canada???

Is Hagerty insurance coming to Ontario? Has anyone heard of this or anything.
Hagerty is now open for business in Alberta & British Columbia!
Other provinces are being added in the coming months.

Since my last company changed their policy and decided not to take me as a client, because I am under 23.
Maybe Hagerty would, but thats if they are available to Ontario.
Does any one in the US here use them? anyone know there age policy?I asked for a quote (just put lived in the US) and it accepted my age and gave me a quote.

Nevermind found it
A. We are happy to discuss coverage with all enthusiasts and able to consider drivers 18 years old and older. In some states, we cannot offer coverage to drivers with less than 5 years driving experience. Underwriting guidelines, including household driving records, will apply.

So why won't friggen insurance companies in Ontario do it??? Stupid companies.

Insurance rates, are determined, accordining to the age groups that "use" the insurance..   The companies pay out more, on 18-25 years olds than anyone else, so you get lumped into the group, regardless of your driving record!

Mike, don't jump to conclusions here, read the add again & you'll see it says" happy to DISCUSS" does not mean they will take you on, also the disclaimer is there about some states needing 5 yrs experience, & records "will apply"  Take a deep breath, & read these thing for what they are,  not what you "want" to see & hear!!! This is how you get yourself in these spots, take the time & THINK things out!! Have you tried Zhers Ins. a few yrs. ago my friends son couldn't get anyone to insure his 69 Mustang,[son being only 22] They did Insure him after checking up on everything, had a "clean record" & steady employment etc. but rate was above normal classic car ins. till he hit 25 but not a whole lot, check them out if you haven't already, maybe things have changed since then???

Yes, thats who I was suppose to go with, Zehr insurance. Because they were the only ones going to give it to me.
But when I called last week. He said they now changed their policy and you have to be over 23 now.
Like you said, is what he told me, as long as you had a daily driver, clean record, and G licence, then he would have insured me, But now, he said the policy is changed so you have to be over 23.
