I was sure you'd have an answer right away or I would have helped out sooner!
Oh and chances are a totally different number than that will be cast in to the back of the louver. GM is notorious for putting numbers on cast parts that have no actual resemblance to the actual part #.

If you need those louvres, 9 per side they are also found on the 1966 Pontiac Lemans, 15 per side. Also they are reproduced, I bought a few from a Year One supplier at about $8 a piece.
