Hi there,

I emailed the guy about the 350 / 455 question and here is his reply :

I got tired of lowballers . I needed the 455, so I took it out and rebuilt a 1968 350 I've had for years and put it in it's place.  I still have the original 455/360hp here for a price!!
They look identical, it just doesn't smoke the tires like the 455 did.

Thanks again guys ! I'm still waiting for the guy in Gimli MB to make up his mind about selling his 1971 Parisienne Brougham 400 (same engine as GTO ! ) and also this original 1972 Grandprix 400 (same engine as GTO or my 1972 Lemans ! ) close to Edmonton ?

Well this is it, I broke down and spent money today, bought myself a nice driver, a 1975 Pontiac Grand Am 400, not a big barge but a nice A body mid size Poncho of the mid seventies, the price was right.
