Friday Commute in TO

Snowy morning but remarkably easy drive in to work. I think a lot of people stayed home today.

Starting out

Red car dived in front of me leaving Timmies confuse

Waiting at Woodbine bridge

Getting near transfer station

Hill to my office - trying to time it so I don't stop behind that vanIMG00142.jpg

Had to stop, a bit slippery to start again

Ray, looks like T O didn't get the snow we got in Blackstock [just north east of Oshawa] 5 to 6" of it & a "drift 4' deep in driveway!!!  Thank goodness for "snowblowers" have 2, one walkbehind & 2nd. on 13hp. garden tractor & they were worling "pretty hard" on it.  Is that one picture Coxwell & O'Conner where you said Tim"s was, looks familiar??? Used to live in T O in the Beaches, on Williamson Rd.

Just came back from London to Ingersoll. Going in this morning there were lots of drifts and strong north wind with whiteouts. It's ok now though.

The joys of commuting? I wish I still had a job, but not when the weather stinks!

The 401 from Ingersoll to London wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The drive home could be dicey though.

Retired?? I did that 2yrs. ago, & don't miss it a bit, after 2 hrs of blowing out the driveway. I took dog to Vets for nail trim, Hwy. 7A to Port Perry was a "mess" & it's still snowing here "quite hard" Will have to do d/way again as it's drifting with the high winds!!!

It's snowing in Ontario?   Geez that's too bad - It's a nice sunny day here in Southern Alberta, with above zero temp's forecast for the next week.

Was a killer commute this morning.  Was 7 and raining.  Terrible.  Glad I cut the grass last weekend.  Don't think I will be able to do tomorrow.

The cherry trees are in blossom, and it is wonderful spring day out here on the left coast.  Dripping, sort of, and my car is on jackstands waiting for the new suspension.
