Parts needed for my 67 Beaumont

These are the parts I need to complete my car.

one V8 front fender emblem
sport deluxe rear quarter emblems both sides

one sport deluxe glove box emblem

bucket seats
four speed steering column, will convert the one I have

4 speed console
12 bolt rear end
factory steering wheel
sport deluxe rear panel molding/chrome
deluxe seat belts

I know the emblems are available at Dales but I am searching to see if I can find the correct GM parts. Also I know the SD rear panel is next to impossible to find too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I've been finding lately is people are not retuning emails. One guy said he had emblems, so I emailed him to say please send me pics, never got the email, forgot about it, then a month later on Kiijjii there's 3 sport deluxe trunk emblems for sale. I email him make him an offer and then tells me "oh ya you emailed me last month about these" then carry's on about how some guy really wants these and I never hear from him again. Sorry for the rant. I was not a happy camper.

I don't have any spare parts for you but I noticed you were in the hunt for all the Sport Deluxe items. Do you already have the six fins (3 per side) that go on the side , behind the doors? As well, was wondering what the deluxe seat belts are? Your steering column can be converted to a four speed column with a hacksaw, some body filler, sandpaper and a little paint. No one can tell the difference.

Don't blame you for being a wee bit upset about the guy with the emblems. Think I've seen the same ad on Kijiji and I know of anther guy looking for Beaumont stuff and was given the same run around.

Thanks for the info. No I don't have the fins, a guy from Medicine Hat was suppose to get back to me on those parts. Have not heard back from him yet. He just finished redoing a 67 and had a bunch of parts left over. He was working in Mexico so he may be back there again. He was suppose to send me with a list and a price for all his parts. I really hope he gets back to me. Here's a ebay link to what the deluxe seat belts are, http://cgi.ebay.ca/66-67-Chevelle-GTO-Deluxe-Seat-Belts-BLK-NICE-RESTORED_W0QQitemZ370344762959QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item563a449e4f, I can't believe everyone wants over $400 for a restored set. I believe that all 67 SD's have these belts. If I'm wrong someone please correct me. I didn't really want to hack up my 3 on the tree column but now that you gave me that  idea it sure beats paying for a different one. I'll have to give that one some thought.

Yes, I've been following that thread. I really hope some kind of sale system can be figured out so all the Beaumont people have a somewhat equal opportunity to purchase some of his parts.

If its OEM parts you want  I do have 3 louvers. They are decent drivers quality. If you wanted to leave all the chrome exposed you would probably want to re chrome. I paid $200 for them years ago with the plan of reproducing them. (Before Dale's started doing it) You can have them for what I paid if you want them.

One other thing I should have mentioned. I have purchased reproduction emblems from Dale's and I find they are very good. It might be the best way to go because almost all the original stuff will have pitting or fading and require re chrome.

I agree with you on buying the repro parts. It not so much that I have to have OEM parts its just if I can locate good OEM parts for a reasonable price then I'd prefer to buy GM parts. So far I've been pretty lucky on what I've found. For instance your asking $200 for your 1/2 set and Dale's are selling for $300 for a full set. There I would lean toward the repro set. Thanks for the offer.

To Roger

I have no idea what the different seat belts are for. The first pic I would say is a standard GM seat belt that came in all the various GM cars car of that era. The second pic looks like a deluxe seat belt because of the carriage emblem on it, as you say came from a GTO. I'm not educated on all the different seatbelts, all i know that some jacka$$ that had my car before me took the belts out.

well, I have a complete set of the black GM logo ones. If you don't care about date codes , I have a nice set dated 70. I have a rough set dated 67.

you can't believe people want over
$400 for a set of deluxe restore seat belts-thats a smokin deal!It takes a couple of days solid work just to rebuild, and web them never mind finding the original correct webbing etc..As for the mouldings why get upset over the people not getting back to you etc.. on KIJIJI-buy the stuff Dale has-they are very very nice and have all the GM numbers on them as well-you don't have to search all over the place and deal with these clowns-Dales stuff is very very nice-nicer than anyoriginal you are going to find!

1st picture is 69-72 standard which can be identified by the webbing. 2nd picture is early 67 standard because of the fisher logo and the webbing which is four panel, would also be correct for 68 if gm buttons were installed. 68 also has 4 panel webbing and 69-72 has 3 panel webbing. As for deluxe seat belts they were an option.

I don't mean to hijack your thread but I have the 6 shark fins, (unrestored)
They are in good condition but not show quality so I bought new ones.
There are a few pitt marks on them but still decent. Asking $150.00 + shipping
