I think it's only what you would value it as lawn art also. Those old cars even when they are running are only good for a drive around the block in comfort. I know of some of the oldtimers who have the old stuff nicely restored and they are getting passed on to the next generation, they aren't even interested in them to keep because basically you can't drive them and enjoy them. They are basically only nice to look at it in my opinion.
It's only in the last few years I have come to appreciate the war and pre war cars. Going to cruises and seeing them I would pass by but then one time I started to talk with the owner of a 36 Auburn and I stopped to have a look. I was impressed. When you look at these cars up close you see workmanship and detail that would cost thousands to replicate today. A friend has a 1927 Pierce Arrow and although a Nash is not in this league your mouth would drop looking at the Buffalo built ultimate luxury car.
i stop and look at these cars all the time, like Ray said, the workmanship is amazing. Now i must admit if i had the chance to own one of these cars, i wouold have a really hard time not hot rodding it. If it was in pristine shape, then i would leave it, but if it needs alot of work i say build it how you want and drive it. And i'll take that lawn art from ya rabbit, i'll give you a couple old bicycles and a birdbath? LOL
You need to be a Carpenter if you are going to tackle this one. It may look Ok on the outside but I'll bet she's got a case of " DRY ROT" I saw one of these at a cruise in last yr. a " barn find" owner had it running on the trailer, "ticked" over on idle at about 400 RPM but the wood was rotten in it. He also said parts are non-existant for them, Tough go to restore [IMO] if pieces are missing!!!

as for price, you decide what it is worth to you. My lawn art Graham is worth $900 to me , If someone gives me $900,, they can own my art. That's the price I put on it !! It's started a lot of converstations....
IF you are looking to build a stock driver, you really would want to look at a 28-29 Model A or T, they are affordable and plentiful and tons of parts.
my Graham will end up as a hotrod, morphed into a 32 Roadster sort of ....if I ever get there, already have the 425 Buick Nailhead and drop axle. just NEED time and 10 less projects.
