I just got an email from 427Carl. Some of you may not know his wife had a large Synovial cyst that was pressing against a spinal nerve and wrapping around another. Had it been left much longer she would have lost leg function. After a delicate 4 hour surgery everything went well. The even better news is the mass was tested and is Cancer free! The pain she was experiencing was unbelievable! We'll continue to pray for a full recovery.

Thanks for doing this Todd! I was not sure whether to post or not but was thinking I had to. Then I come here and you beat me to it.
Yes, what a good thing to find out it was not cancerous. I emailed Carl back and told him while I realize it may not be all roses just yet it sure is good news.
And yes, praying for painless, quick, total recovery, for sure.

I was overcome with joy reading Carl's message. I just got home and the first thing I did was tell Mary. Her reaction "Thanks be to God" and "God Bless Dr. Gurr"
That's the kind of news we like to hear. Read his comments about being at the hospital during the police murder but didn't realize how serious it was for his wife. Great news and sure wish her a speedy recovery.
I'm sure it was an anxious time for Carl and his wife and it is good to hear that she will be alright, and hopefully have a speedy and painfree recovery.
Very good news indeed. Have added her to the kids prayer list...

Its been a long pull for Barbara and its great to hear from Carl that they found the problem and the surgery went really well. We are all praying for her for sure, and it will take a bit yet for her to get her strength back !!
