Now, I haven't been on here lately or on kijiji, because you know me, I'll get stuck with another project car if I kept coming on these sites. Anyway, some members knocked some sense into me, saying I should focus on the house first. So I wanted to focus on that first, instead of spending more on the cars for now.
Now, Here's the thing. I found a Beautiful house. 15 minutes away from me. Very Nice. large1860s stone manor. the outside is extremely nice, the inside, I don't know about, I am trying to book an appointment. But looking at the ad again. I have a feeling the owner messed it up! because he converted it into a multiplex. A beautiful Manor into a multiplex so he could rent it out.
So the question is 1) Can it be turned back into a single family home. 2)Will the taxes come back down and be assesed if it can, because when he had converted it into a multiplex, the taxes were at 6800 a year. 3) since he rented it out, there is 3 hyrdo meters, 1 for each floor, can it be changed back to one.
I don't know why, but It seems to me that every project I seem to like (old cars, victorian houses), turns into a bigger project.
