Are Canadian and American Grand prix parts inter change able

Can Any one tell me if the quarter panels and front fenders are the same on the American Grand Prix as they are on my Grande Parisienne..I'm heading to the states soon and I found a guy with some parts ..obviously I know the American car will have holes in the panels for the chrome strips on the bottom of the panels.but other than that....are they the same? Thanks Jim.

The two are virtually the same overall length (~ 1 inch difference) with 2 inch longer wheelbase on the American car vs. the Canadian car. I will be surprised if the sheet metal is not exactly the same but take some good measurements from your car for comparison just to be sure.
