I'm not one to ask for help ever but I simply do not have acess to parts that I need and I have a horriable story to tell. I have been watching the forms but my cars been in the shop for 18 months so I diden't have much to say.

first year my car was in the shop I gave the owner 4000. as payment for parts ( he was going to do disk conversion/ light body work/paint/ air ride/ rims and tires( I had 11,000 set aside.)
As some of you know the best part of the car was the interior only reason I fixed her all up it still have the factory plastic on it. ( sorry about spelling mistakes and what not but really I don't care right now )

now what happened.
-cut the supention out installed air ride( ripped out air ride and resold it to someone else) car has no coils under it right now
-back pasanger window was smatched out and hasen't been replaced
-interior was pulled out so the air ride wiring could be put down the center never re installed, he diden't pay his rent the owner went in and threw everything out including my interior ( THIS WAS 6 MONTHS AGO!) I diden't know until yesterday.

so the 4 grands gone the interiors gone, insurance can't help me cause nothing was stolen the shop did this to me, the car has no crome they ripped it off with pliers so that has to be welded and filled, nothing has been paided for I have to start over.

discuess and please if you have anything to help me let me know I will pay fair price but I need things in good condition I will reapolstier the interior to match( anyone know where I can find original or close to fabric?


am at a loss guys and need help.

Not sure how much I can help but can you give us more details on your car?

I see your signature says 67 Laurentian. Is it a 2 door, 4 door? Bench seats? Interior colour?

As much detail as you can please about what you need.

I looked back at previous posts and see that it was a blue 4 door.

Check with NOS (current month sponsor) for seat material, carpets etc.

I have a 67 4 door hardtop parts car here in Calgary. Any parts that you can use are available including seats. The interior is red but you will need new covers anyway.

Any "paper work" for the job not done, Take him to Small Claims court. You will likely win, but getting your money is another thing, BUT you will certainly "screw" him up later with a LEIN against him!!!!

The sad thing is they say nothing was stolen !!!   I would say $4000.00 was stolen plus parts. Sounds like you had a perfictly good car before he got a hold of it. Sorry but when I hear stories like this it gets me so mad. Get your car home were its safe and start collecting parts .

1967 Pontiac Laurentian.

blue 4 door, blue interior.
small claims would help I have 5 guys who would testify but you can't blood from a stone this guy owes money to everyone I met( including a patch member in saskatoon )
I don't have the 7 grand but I have money I'm not broke just broken hearted. I have an agreement with the painter( frickin saint )
need a interior if I can't find mine starting to look today for it and track it down but all things concitered to much times gone by.

shops closed down its at a painters place now, trying to work a deal to write some wrongs and I have the only access to it.
