Nice car. I like it. Don't care for how it is advertised. That is an example of a refinished hot rod. I don't consider that a restoration by any stretch of the imagination. A great deal of work has gone into it but far from restored.

i talked to the owner ,he made it up to be what he wanted ,it was also a 4 speed

it was a St Terese car as i remember but definitly a clone ,but very cool

    What!    The floor mats, and Corvette side emblems and Flowmaters are not stock? shocked.gif     I was sold, at the thought, of the $6000.00 stereo......

To be fair the ad does not say this. It says 1 of 236 Impala SS with Hideaways.

Impala SS427 = RPOZ24 .  Impala SS = RPOZ03 with 427 = RPOL36 . Two different cars.

THE ONLY SS IMPALA YOU COULD GET IN 1969 WOULD BE A Z24 (SS427).
