Great Summer Cruiser.  Just rebuilt the 350 Chevy Engine.  Custom Hand Built 4 Speed Automatic Transmission with Overdrive and Shift Kit.  This car is currently on the road and is in great shape inside and out.  New upper and lower rear control arms, and new body mounts.  To many things done to the car to list.  Currently asking $7,000 OBO.  Call Bill at (519) 631-6842

Don't worry Todd, youngest has her University offers in so I'm in for another $30,000, no old car budget for at least 4 more years, then of course there is probably a wedding or two in there somewhere at what 50K?

I made my daughters the same offer that my Father-in-law made me.
$1,500.00, do what you want with it. After that I was convinced (by SWMBO) to up the offer by whatever they repaid from the money we have lent them (negotiations not yet finished) .buggered.gif

I suspect at the end of the day each will be $150. per person x 150 people.disbelief.gif And no repayment ever.frustrated.gif

The average cost of a wedding in Canada is $20,000 to $30,000.  It can be higher if planned in a major city such as Toronto.

Yours truly just happens to live in the place citied as a higher cost option. cry

Well this thread is going waaaaay off topic now.

Tonight at dinner we had the Prom dress discussion and guess what it's already picked out and surprise again it costs as much as a brand new set of ceramic headers  shocked.gif  I almost died!

Following that, the 18th birthday party discussion took place, frustrated.gif I was looking for a defibulator !
