Great job on the restoration and congratulations on the successful tour.
Besides belonging to the Puget Sound Chapter of POCI and the Canadian Pontiac Chapter of POCI, I am also a member Cascade Regional Group of the Early Ford V8 Clubs. We are located just south of Seattle,WA in Federal Way.
I bring this up because our President,Terry, is a native of New Zealand. Terry and Frances Nicholson are very involved members of our Group and lead our very active touring and social membership. Terry's only problem as President is he hasn't conquered the Nortwest/ Americanized English language. Terry is encouraging group members to accompany him on a return to New Zealand next year for the Early Ford V8 Convention. He has purchased a second Ford Pickup here and is restoring it for a family member with plans to deliver it on his return to New Zealand for the convention. That's the kind of guy he is. Great fun he is.
I was looking for a picture of his 1949 Ford F-100 truck but didn't have one. Sorry.
Yeh Mate she's a great woman! The house is where we stayed for a few days and the work shop I had to rent from a "pannel beater"{bodyman}while doing the rust,And luckly I have a an old school mate from 1955 who has a car dearship and he allows me put her in his shop for any thing eles,

Great looking car , also brings back some memories . My dad had a four door 66 Laurentian the same colour. Wish I could find pics. Have to go threw all the old slides.
Great job Terry. A buddy of mine drove black 65 4d when we were 16. It was great lots of room for girls and beer. If those old cars could talk we would still be grounded.
