I came across this one for sale on the net. Located in Michigan. I appreciate the individual taste and preference of car enthusiasts everywhere. I remember my sister talking about what was the trend in the 60s. My brothers 64 Parisienne had these furry type of "monkey balls" that were attached in the interior. They were attached all the way around the cars interior! I think they still use them in Mexico. (anyone know exactly what they were called?) And he put bricks in the trunk so that the front end would be higher!! That was the fad apparently at that time.
Thankfully I missed some of those fads
Any thoughts..,,,
My sister just emailed me a picture of those interior balls!! Here's a link for anyone wanting to add that distinctive touch to their 60s lowrider.

that car was an original here in Prince Albert, SK
owned by a little old lady up until the 70's , then traded in at the FORD dealership. The owner, Ron Browne was an avid car fan , he took the car in and added it to his personal fleet where it spent the next 20 years with no miles, I believe he had it repainted. VERY nice car, had a few sins under the paint, but almost showroom condition. Interior was mint !
A friend of mine , local body shop guy ended up with it after Ron's estate parted out his collection.
He stripped the body, sprayed the heavy flake metallic paint, added the knock off wires. He also installed RED's hydaulics to make it a hopper car.
I've seen it for sale every couple of years, most likely gets sold after the novelty wears off.
I never had the coin to add it to my collection.
I'll try and dig up some more pics of it , I should have some?
