Wow, this has to be the warmest April 2 in a long time! 23 degrees and sunny. I spend most of the morning cleaning up the yard. I installed my pond filter as well. Too bad I have to work tomorrow () as it's supposed to hit 25!
Todd, What to mean you have to work on Sat. I thought that was against all "MORALS" Saturdays are "play time" I'd quit if I were you!!! I'm just about to fire up the 64 Catalina & go for a "TOUR" BEAUTY DAY is right on!!!!!

Yes, I work 8-4. It's the first dealership I've worked for that is open Saturdays on Easter weekend. To top it off we are booked solid... joy... I work every other Saturday.

Here is what we have to look forward to this weekend.
Wind warning for Southern Manitoba A Colorado low is brewing and it promises to bring some precipitation to southern Manitoba over the Easter long weekend. Southeastern regions and northwestern Ontario will be most affected by this system. Some areas could see more than 15mm of rain on Friday. Temperatures will remain above normal... but will cool a little for the weekend.
Sure hope for Carl 1s sake the rain lets up. Not that he is in fear of flooding but some of the roads in his area may be under water soon.

Yup, pretty miserable all right. We just returned from our trip to Winnipeg for church and see nothing but high water and rain.
Road access should be fine but I may have been premature in moving some of my stuff back down to lower ground when I did it on Wed night. Yay, I may have to move it back up again....
And yes, I work tomorrow morning too.

I enjoyed the day off. Tuned up BBQ and about to throw a few T-bones on the grille for a early dinner then members of the family will be off to church.
We have the Family over every good friday for easter brunch. Can`t remember ever being out side in t shirts with kids and the dog ripping around the back yard. Great day for sure.
