I just bought a 65 parts car today that has a clock in it but I'd be surprised if it works. Do you already have a clock or do you need it too? If you already have a clock you may just want to get it refurbished. There are quartz conversions and guys who put NOS guts in them for I think around `00 to 120 bucks. There have also been a few guys who have just given them a good cleaning and some light lubrication and they have ticked right along.

Take a look at the points, I have had some that are really pitted and just filed them and had the clock work again. Don't forget to clean and oil lightly.
