Geez - can you pass on the details?  Sounds perfect.  Wait.  No room for a pool means no room for a vegetable garden, right?  Is there a front lawn?  Don't need that.  I coudl replace it with a few rows of carrots, tomatoes, beets, some raspberries and I'll be free for days while the wife harvests!
